The Hotel reserves the right to request part or all of the payment of the stay by bank transfer.

The amount paid will be deducted from the total invoice at the end of the stay at the hotel. We guarantee your reservation with a valid credit card (including expiration date).

To guarantee your reservation you need to provide your credit card information. It is important that you know that no amount will be charged on your card at the time of confirming your reservation. We simply require the data of the same in order to keep the reserve in your name in force (according to our reservation policy). The total amount corresponding to your stay will be paid directly at the hotel, in cash or by credit card.

At the time of registration, a valid passport is required for all guests.

Cancellation policy

If for any reason you must make changes to your reservation, contact us.

We will confirm the changes within 24 hours and send you a new reservation.

If there is not availability of both dates and type of room, we will suggest the best possible alternatives.

Your reservation will remain until 6 pm on the day of entry; If you are arriving after this time, you must inform us, otherwise we could have the room and consider your reservation as "No Presented". In case of no-show at the hotel on the scheduled day of arrival, we will charge your credit card the amount corresponding to a day of stay and your reservation will be canceled.

You can cancel your reservation with a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) or 7 days (depending on the reservation for normal or peak dates, respectively) before the day of your arrival; otherwise, the Hotel will charge one night's stay as a penalty.

Likewise, if you wish to shorten your stay, you must notify it with the same minimum advance according to the stay, either on normal dates or before the new departure day that you request, otherwise having the same penalty of one night's stay. On peak dates such as Easter and others, this option may not exist, in which case we will expressly indicate it when we confirm your reservation.

You can cancel your reservation by phone, e-mail must only provide your reservation number.

How to make the reservation

Request a confirmation when completing and sending the  reservation form  with your request and personal information. In either case, the Hotel will send you the confirmation with the number of your reservation, via email. In the confirmation will be detailed:

Your personal information, the day of entry and exit of the accommodation, the type and number of rooms booked, the total amount of your stay, the reservation number and the cancellation policy.

If you prefer, you can print that confirmation and present it on your arrival at the Hotel.
